1. Follow directions the first time they are given.
2. Raise your hand to speak.
3. Raise your hand to leave your desk.
4. Respect:
A. Yourself;
B. Others; and
C. The school.
5. Use Common Sense!
If You Choose To Break A Rule:
First Time: Verbal Warning
Second Time: Conference with Mr. Mach after class.
Third Time: During lunch detentions, create an action plan for improved behavior and get it signed by parent. Phone call with parent.
Fourth Time: Essay writing during after school detentions with principal.
Fifth or Severe Infraction: Sent immediately to the Principal.
Rewards for Exceptional Behavior,
Grades, Improvement or Other Great Deeds:
1. Homework Passes (weekly)
2. Verbal Praise (daily)
3. Good Phone calls/notes home (random)
4. Chess Tournaments (after class completes a unit)
5. Free Books (after reading three)
6. Exciting and High Paying Careers (the rest of your lives)
